Yellow meadow rue, is a clump-forming perennial which features lacy, fine-textured, leaves. The greenish-yellow flowers appear in branched sprays (panicles) above the foliage in late spring, and the mass effect of the bloom can be quite attractive. Makes a nice cut flower.
